It all started in 2019 when Amber and Brett met, but they didn’t become official until 2020. Brett called her his “friend girl” for a while, but on August 8th, 2020, at a wedding I was photographing (shout out to Nick and Elissa), it became official. In 2023, Brett finally realized Amber was the one for him, and on Christmas Day in Jamaica, he popped the question!
Brett and Amber bond over their love of stories in any capacity—reading, movies, art, TV—you name it! It was really sweet to see their little touches of that throughout the day like the reception table being organized as “chapters.”
