Abbigale + Collin | Bear Ridge Destination | Colorful Summer Wedding

When I met Abbigale + Collin at a bridal show, it was love at first meet. We immediately connected over the fact we are/were teachers, the love of the same wedding detail styles, and just how easy it was to chat with them! I have anticipated the celebration of their union ever since their engagement session last year and let’s say their wedding did not disappoint!!

On August 10th, at the gorgeous Bear Ridge venue, Abbie and Collin became husband and wife. I started the morning celebrating with the girls while they laughed, cried (happy tears!), and got all glammed! I snuck away to document the pretty details of the day while listening to the hum of excited conversation from friends and family who couldn’t help but share their love for Abbie and Collin.

There was an intense rock, paper, scissors game between Abbie and Collin to decide who would read their vows first during the ceremony – spoiler alert – but Abbigale won! This led us into the sweetest, most intimate, tear-jerking wedding ceremony yet!

Abbigale’s Mom wasn’t able to make it to the wedding for medical reasons. However, Mom prerecorded messages and sent them for Abbigale throughout the morning, as well as a special message during the ceremony that didn’t leave a single dry eye in attendance, mine included!

After the official declaration of husband and wife, Abbigale and Collin were showered (literally) in love as everyone near and dear to them cheered! From there, they danced their way down the aisle as newlyweds right into the reception where we partied the night out!
