I’d love to share some helpful resources with you.
Hey! Thanks for stopping by. Welcome to my brand new blog! This will be a space where I’ll share helpful resources, share my thoughts, and my work.
If you’d love to hear about me and a quick intro into my journey to becoming a photographer or the meaning behind my business name, head on over to my about me page.
There are a TON of videos, articles, podcasts, and the like all over the internet. Despite the fact that there’s really great resources, there’s a lot of stuff to dig through. The best way to avoid lots of digging is ask someone you trust to share their favorite resources. Here are my top three most trusted resources:

Awesome Learning Communities!
In the first link you’ll find an abundance of resourceful videos. By enrolling in the course, you’ll learn so much about light, posing, and TONS (ALLLL things) about newborns. There is a monthly subscription fee but I promise you it is WORTH it!
The next two links in my list are facebook groups which are of course FREE. I’ve found both groups to be SUPER helpful and supportive communities. These groups are filled with incredible photographers that are sharing tips and tricks.

My Top Recommended Business Tools!
Sprout Studio – 21 Days for FREE + 20% off!!!
Sprout Studio is a client management system that has helped me to streamline and simplify running my business. It has been a process to set up features and functions to get things streamlined but that behind the scenes work has paid off! This is truly a one stop shop when it comes to all things related to running a photography business here are my most used features: fielding inquiries, managing bookings, contracts, invoicing, client galleries, questionnaires, and tracking sales taxes.
Showit.co is a super useful tool for building your website. I have found this site to be the easiest to manage my website compared to other sites that I’ve used. I highly recommend purchasing a template and customizing it to your liking. That’s the fastest way to get your site up and running quickly (unless of course coding and web design is your line of work).
I hope you find these resources helpful to you! In the comments, feel free to share links that you’ve found helpful in your journey to becoming a photographer.
Here’s your fair warning: Be prepared for some run on sentences and rambling thoughts in my blog posts. I’m notorious for both of those. Sorry in advance!
