Today we are starting with an In Home Newborn Session!
What to expect at your in home session
Before we get into the heart of this post, I want to let you know that I do NOT expect you to run around and clean every room in your house for this! As a mom of 4, I know the LAST thing on my list in those first few weeks with a newborn was cleaning. We usually spend most of our time in one to two rooms (one being the nursery) and if things need to be moved or pushed out of the way – we do it! No worries!
In Home Newborn Sessions is the best choice for you if you are looking for unposed real-life interactions between your family and the newest member. This type of session is FOR SURE a great choice when there’s a toddler sibling involved! We document the cozy, love bubble you are in those first few weeks as this session usually takes place within 15 days of the arrival of your newborn.
Once you book your session with me you will receive a prep guide to equip you for a successful session and take out the guesswork for preparing. It includes things such as turning the temperature in your home or the room we are shooting in up a few degrees, when to feed your little one, and outfit styling tips for mom + dad!
